"comrad robot smashes alphabets into soup!.?,"
my first attempt at making a better, more focused collaboration. Glue gave me permission to use his images in my expiraments and this is my first here, using three of his pieces that i particularly liked. i was thinking in future i would probably print this out, cut it up and paint the fragments right into a canvas painting. probably another collab one too, just to make it more intricate. then scan that back in, submit that portion, then fuck it up some more, submit that one and then keep cycling it around til i'm so far done with it that i start a new one.
or maybe not, i dunno. however despite the fact that i swear i should do so much more but feel like i can't, i still like it alot. it's an abstract robot now and it's got it's commander robot giving it orders to destroy the letter E. such a shame, i like E.
doing this project was pretty fun, i did everything in MS Paint, my weapon of choice, as i always do. editing and "layering" in MS Paint gets kind of annoying but it's not to tricky to work with. i'd say the hardest part was the commander robot part cause i accidently added a lot of vibrant color to it and once i started putting down the red/blue/black color thing down i wanted to go back and change that. but you just can't really do that kind of thing easily on MS Paint, so it took me about a half an hour of must trial and error manipulation til i somehow got it to a point where i liked it. you can still see some of the color, which i'm not bothering to get rid of cause i think it actually adds now instead of subtracting like it did. anyways, i hope Glue likes it, i know i do.
